Even with easy access to the downtown core, residents will find ample shopping destinations close to home. Predominant markets include the Westmount Shopping Centre and the Skyview Power Centre. North America’s largest mall, the famous West Edmonton Mall, is just a short distance from some of our rentals.

As one of Canada’s sunniest cities, you’ll find plenty of parks, playgrounds, and community areas nearby to enjoy the sunlight. The TELUS World of Science and Queen Elizabeth Planetarium are on the grounds of Coronation Park, one of the area’s largest parks. Additionally, you’ll find several golf courses, arenas, and recreation centres here. 

Edmonton is the gateway to Canada’s North and the Aurora Borealis, also known as the Northern Lights, can be seen regularly in winter. You’ll find unobstructed viewing just 3 hours away at Jasper National Park or 4 hours away in Fort McMurray. 

No matter your tastes, it’s easy to find quality restaurants. The cuisine here is just as varied as the people. The Bedouins is the number one Mediterranean Restaurant in the area. When looking for delicious baked goods and rich coffee beverages, The Grand Café & Bistro is a Northwest Edmonton gem.

There’re plenty public and catholic schools, all within quiet residential areas. The University of Alberta, one of the top teaching and research universities in Canada, is just minutes from the area. Also, hospitals, walk in clinics, and pharmacies are quickly accessible.

Travelling across Edmonton is easy with several major bus and train stops adjacent to daily amenities. Major roadways in the area include Yellowhead Highway, Anthony Henday Drive, and St. Albert Trail. Did you know Via Rail Canada passes through Edmonton? This railway offers picturesque scenery across Canada.
